"Too much of complaining, lack of singing", that is the dominant
characteristic of many souls who are restless and sleepless. Whenever they
shared their story, the only message that they keep sharing are only
complaints. Very few of them who realise that complaint is a kind of
psychological poison that one keep pouring into the inner soul.
If they do not improve their behavior, as a matter of time these restless
souls will experience a disturbing depression or even dangerous diseases.
Before it comes into reality, it is worthy to contemplate again and again to
significantly reduce the amount of time spend in complaining and at the same
time spending more time in singing.
To be honest, when we choose our point of view it is also means that we
choose our own future. Whenever our point of view is full of complaints and
protests, it means that we choose a series of future which is full of problems
and disturbances. Whenever our point of view is thankful and grateful, this
mean that we chooses a future which is full of love and light.
That is why in meditation sessions disciples are always equipped with the
point of views which is very friendly to life. Learn to see the most
unfortunate bad luck as sandpaper which keep softening the heart. Learn to look
at life disaster as cosmic hands which keep guiding souls to be back
home.
To make it more concrete, learn to be less complaining, competing and
comparing. In the other hand, always train yourself to be more thankful and
grateful. Learn to have less furrowed brow, and at the same time try have more
smiles in both your lips and your heart.
Learn to have less protests but spend more time in singing. Learn to have
less fear but more love. In a simple but profound language: "The easiest
and the quickest way to understand life is to love more and more".
Initially, loving life like taking good care of the family is a series of
obligations. Once the spiritual seekers grow mature, they will find deep
happiness by keep loving. It is similar to a young mother who bought a new
cloth for the baby. The baby does not know anything about the new cloth, but
the mother who loves her only son finds a deep happiness by loving.
For the shining and loving souls, love is the most beautiful smile of all
light that ever appeared on earth. When beautiful souls share the spirits of
love, in fact they are sharing a beautiful light to the world.
Similar to the children of kindergarten who loves to sing. In the eyes of
the commoners, what they see is only a group of children singing. But for those
who are deeply rich inside, in the moment when the children sang, actually
mother earth are also joyfully join the singing.
Not only singing the
ordinary song, but a series of song that whispered that life is beautiful. It
all begins with a mind which is free from complaint and judgment. From the
innocence mind then appears the energies of peace and compassion. This is what
is referred as life as a beautiful song.
