Blending Nutrition for the Soul

After the first world war in the 1940s, milk was a favorite nutrient. Some even call it the most perfect nutrition. Once human history entered the 2000s there were many medical doctors who were very anti-dairy. This can happen because the biorhythms of nature are changing, which require the changing of nutrition as well. The same thing happens with nutrition for the soul. For thousands of years humans have been greatly saved by the concept of God. In the last few decades, there has been a collection of people (not only atheists), who take a distance with the concept of God. One biologist from Oxford University even wrote a best-selling book called God’s Delusion. The concept of God is called human hallucinations.

New nutrition for the new generation
In the midst of such controversial choices, there must be someone who dares to remix the nutrition for the soul. The old holy book is not completely wrong. But it comes from a very old past, when the biorhythms of nature were mostly different. At the same time, holy scriptures have passed countless translation phases, complete with various sources of deviation. That’s why one of the energy researchers Cristie Marie Sheldon explicitly stated that the energy vibration of the holy book is only 55%. For that reason, without the courage to remix the right ingredients for this age, the new generation will grow towards an increasingly darker phase.
That is the reason why, close friends in the Compassion spiritual family have long been invited to “rest” from all forms of conflict inside. False-true, bad-good, dirty-holy, dark-light, sad-glad are some forms of internal conflict, which should be immediately rested. In order to help spiritual friends to be more confident and more helpful, in the early part of the meditation session, all spiritual friends were given the mantra “Om Hreem”. The simple meaning is like this: “I see unity behind all duality”. Borrowing findings in neuro-science (the field of the human brain), all duality is closer to the way the brain understands reality. It has little to do with reality. To understand the day people need the night. In order to make happiness deeper, one must go through sadness. In the language of deep spirituality, all bad-good or sad-glad represent the dancing of the same perfection.
By whispering “Om Hreem”, all inner contradictions try to rest. Not only does it reduce the energy that is leaked through the mind, but also invites friends to be well-connected with the source of energy. Once the meditator is more calm and balanced inside, friends are invited to learn to forgive. In the West it has been studied using an EEG machine that measures the waves of the human brain, the biggest barrier to grow spiritually in this age is a failure to forgive. That is also the reason why friends are asked to imagine soul wounds from childhood in the form of crying babies. Forgiving yourself first, then learning to forgive the others. At the same time, deeply contemplate this message: “We are hurted by parents, parents were hurted by grandparents. Grandparents were hurt by their parents. That is the link of suffering in this nature. And through forgiveness, we are cutting off this chain of suffering, and ensuring not to continue it to the next generation”.
In order to make the spiritual friends be more helpful in this regard, the second level for meditators is the mantra “Om Sarvatva Namah”. Especially to make the egg shells of small self broken, which makes humans very difficult to forgive. As material of contemplation, forgiveness can be expressed in the act of meeting and hugging someone who hurt you, if someone is strong enough inside. Just in the case the spiritual friends are still uncomfortable, still wounded deep inside, forgiving is enough to be done in the level of deep understanding. Behind the soul wounds that they caused was not a crime, but an enduring suffering. People who hurt, experience much greater suffering themselves. It can be parents who have problems, it can be a childhood which is full of disaster, until the continuation of bad karma that comes from previous lives.
Light of love
Whenever it feels calmer and more stable inside, learn to perfect the soul’s journey by combining father’s energy from above, and mother’s energy from below. Father’s energy in the form of white light blends with the mother’s energy in the form of red light. When the two meet in the pit of the heart (fourth chakra), they turn into pink and a soft light of love. At this point meditators need the mantra of “Aham Brahmasmi”. The small self (bhuana alit) and the great self (bhuana agung) are no longer separated in to two. Both are united in the energy of love. Slowly this love energy is emitted from a small space like every cell in the body, till all the space in nature. When emitting this light of love, the friends were invited to recite the mantra of “Aham Prema” (I am love who is here to share love).
For friends who are well-connected on the path of love, there will be soft, gentle vibrations in each time reciting the mantra of Aham Prema. How cool and soft this vibration is, is largely determined by one’s belief in the Teacher. Close friends in the Compassion family have different degrees of confidence. Some are convinced because many times they have seen the light with the Master. Some believe that they often experience tears near the Teacher. Some believe because many times they saw a rainbow in the sky when the Master prayed. Some are convinced that seeing with their own eyes, the Master has been repeatedly injured by people but never once took a vengeful step. Instead the Guru chose to stay away with a friendly back. On the path of Compassion it was written long ago: “The person who is wounded is a hidden teacher. They come to show to the people the beauty of our hearts”.
In the field of classical psychology like Sigmund Freud, or cognitive psychology, the message has long been kept that, anything that is repeated over and over for decades in the conscious world will convincingly illuminate the subconscious mind. When the subconscious is fully bright with the light of love, there is a possibility that the journey of the soul will be healthy and safe. As a result, not only the concerned person is safe, the people around are also safe and uplifted.
Mahatma Gandhi is a luminous example in this matter. When his body was hit by a hot bullet, the first thing which appeared in his mind was not anger and revenge, but the beautiful face of God. It has been neatly recorded by history, when Gandhiji’s body collapsed by a bullet, in that second the great soul recited the mantra: “Shri Ram, Shri Ram, Shri Ram”. That’s the way the ancient Indians called the name of God. It was a strong sign that his subconscious had been brightly lit by a spiritual light. And see, decades after that event the light of Mahatma Gandhi was still brightly illuminating the world.
Just in the case in the seconds of death meditators remembered the mantra of Aham Prema, the chances of survival would be very high. Especially because what is transferred from one body to another body in the moment of death is habitual energy. If someone is a beautiful butterfly inside, naturally it will look for a beautiful garden. If meditators are full of light within, naturally they will move up to the realm of light. If a person dies with the energy of love, he (she) will be lifted up by the energy of love. At least it will be born into a human body that is far more meaningful. Born in a place and time where there are sacred teachings, in a well-off family, interested in learning holy teachings, and participating in spreading the holy teachings. And the most important thing is to meet the true Teacher.
