The Song of Sensitivity

"If spiritual connection is the root of soul healing, then how can we attain such connection?", that is the question of many spiritual students. This is also the reason why many friends diligently practice yoga, prayer, meditation and other spiritual practices.

Any friends who spent much time in the crowd in young age, deeply feel the limit of living in the crowd know, there comes a time in life that one should grow deeply in solitude. Then finally learn to read the holy book within.

Sadly, most people scare of solitude. Some even called the life in solitude can be easily tempted by the devil. Any beautiful souls who have grown mature know that perfection can only be found in solitude. While the ordinary people scare of solitude, beautiful souls find wholeness (completeness) in solitude.

However, the journey of meeting the last wholeness is far from easy. Some of friends who are hungry with wholeness then stay alone in the jungle. But without an adequate preparation, the lonely life in the forest can be the beginning of many darkness.

On the path of meditation in particular, spiritual seekers who are interested in solitude are invited to look at life in depth (by which read: using the eyes of insight). Look at the leaf as an example. On the surface, it appears as a small leaf, grow green, withered, then fall down.

But in the depths of the deep, when the leaves wither and fall, they do not stop growing. Leaves evolve into compost, and then emerge as new leaves again at another time. With such deep perspective, spiritual seekers are no longer afraid of death which is very scary to most people. Death is as simple as dry leaves which fall down.

When death is no longer scaring, by then the other fears will be less disturbing. The absence of fear one day brings inner travelers into a deep insight of spiritual connection. The sign is simple, one begins to grow into greater self. Some authors call it the cosmic self.

Do not talk about human beings, even animals, trees, rocks, soil are seen as parts of the same cosmic self. As a result, spiritual travelers are longing to love, beginning to take good care of the other creatures as good as they take good care of themselves.

One of great author of this century is Paolo Coelho. He wrote many best selling books world wide. This great author shared his experience like this: "I am a kind of person who can easily have tears drop. Do not talk about listening the sad story of the others, even seeing the sunset can make me cry. Later I understand, tears drop are words that are asked to be written".

This is a wonderful example of the soul who are well-connected. He finds himself everywhere. As a consequence, there is always a deep longing for sharing and loving. Since Paolo Coelho is an author, he shared his story to millions of readers around the world. To be honest, this is life as a song of sensitivity.
