Learn To Be a Spiritual Warrior

The Journal of Harvard Medical School repeatedly mentions, one of the reasons why many elderly people are often get sick is because most of them are becoming out of balance and inflexible. Psychology has long suggested the importance of the sociobiome (a balance between being in solitude and in the crowd). In the spiritual world, balance and connectedness are a very beautiful combination that can save our live.

Inspected by this perspective, there is a potential danger in human society. Especially because humans nowadays grows too far from the balance life. Too much being indoor and only spending few minutes outdoors. Too much staying at home, so little time for socializing outside the house. Too much fear, too little faith. Too much thinking about darkness and much less thinking about Light.

In the midst of signs of the times like this, talk less about things that can’t be done, focus on things that can be done. Friends who study quantum physics will understand, the mind has the power to change small things (from atoms to molecules), can also change big things like the society. This is supported by extensive research and studies.

This is an invitation to all friends, let’s learn to be a spiritual warrior. Especially by training our minds respectively. Here are some of the steps.

1. First learn to grow above fear and panic
2. Remember the beautiful mantra: “All is well”. Everything has been, is and will be all fine
3. Awaken your inner confidence. Faith vibrates higher energy above fear. The fear vibrates in the same level of energy as the vibration of the virus
4. Make a long list of things to be thankful for beyond all this crisis
5. From the level CO2 that is decrasing, until becoming more closer to the family lately
6. Light yourself with an understanding. Gratitude is a personal encounter with God as love
7. Whisper this mantra inside: “Gratitude is greater than any fear”
8. Recite this mantra inside: “Gratitude is greater than any panic”
9. With full confidence, radiate the Light of understanding into: “I am the most profound gratitude”.

Remember beautiful souls, to be spiritual is to be a soul that grows in balance. Whenever nature is in an unbalanced position, it is a sign that your balancing energy is very much needed. And now is the best time to do it.
