Transforming Wound Into Light

Referring to the findings of Dr. Judith Orloff in The Empath's Survival Guide, one fifth of all the human population on earth are empath. A type of person who has many more seeds of empathy than the average person. The bad news, this type of human can easily be injured. The good news is that the empath are the people with the most potential which can be invited to illuminate the world.

Wounded childhood, quickly feeling sorry for others, as children they cry more often than the other children, their friends often called them too sensitive, the parents repeatedly advise that person to be much stronger to face life, often being touched to hear the suffering of the world. These are some signs of the empath.

In order to avoid a dangerous wounded soul, instead to help spiritual friends to grow to be the bringers of Light, learn to train yourself to use emotion as a compass of your spiritual journey. Sometimes a place can easily make you tired and full of anxiety, it's a sign that there are many vampires of energy there. Politely stepping away is the healthiest choice.

Another characteristic of the empath - especially the introvert empath - they need less external stimulus to be happy. That's why they are more comfortable in solitude. They often find deep happiness even from small things like fresh air. At the same time, the crowds tend to make the energy drain.

For that reason, solitude which is accompanied by wholeness (by which read: where there are advantages, there are disadvantages) is the most beautiful home of the empath. Well-being is the most healthy mental nutrition. It is far better if you can transform the soul wounds into the seeds of Light while growing in the midst of solitude.

As materials of reflection, life is partly shaped by stories written by someone inside. In order to heal and grow, learn to get away from the people who write bad stories in your life. Especially through unhealthy words. At the same time, rewrite your life story. At least, make a list of things to be thankful for, or the wonderful things that have ever been done.

Borrowing the findings of psychologist Carl Jung, long-pressured feelings will follow someone as a shadow. It will appear in the form of a bad mood, sadness, or even sickness. The suggestion, learn to transform the shadow into a spiritual diamond. To put it precisely, we need darkness to see the beauty of Light. Humans need a shadow of sadness to be able to understand the depth of happiness later.

As a spiritual compass for the empath, along the way you find road signs. During the day, synchronicities (meaningful coincidences) are your guides. And synchronicities will appear more often when someone performs his daily life a bit slower, as well as in full awareness. In the evening, the road marker is lucid dreaming.

In order to make your creating power much stronger, imagine a luminous life in the third eye (between two eyebrows). As well as totally surrender the results in the solar plexus. It is a very healing spiritual herb. Many human beings find a beautiful soul home in this way.

Another approach, in the backbone kundalini energy is stored. See the backbone as a very beautiful flute. Then blow from below the flute using AUM echoes. Approach the purple sun which is located in the third eye. Anyone who can touch the last sun, they can be a bringer of Light.

As inherited by the Dalai Lama: "Empathy is the true quality of the true man, as well as the most necessary medicine of the world today." Being nourished by this message, kindly come to the crowd with a pair of serving hands, a pair of smiling lips, and a pair of accepting eyes.
