Anger as Angel

In the lives of most people, anger is the most hated spiritual enemy. Do not talk about the house of commoners, even the home of God can be destroyed by anger. Although there is no religion which justifies anger, followers of religions are full of anger everywhere . In addition, the amount of sacred verses that prohibit anger are countless.

Nevertheless, there are no signs that human anger decreases between time periods. With all due respect to the other approaches, even during deep meditation, anger occurs because the energy of anger is much greater than the energy of mindfulness. In the lives of many people, as soon as someone is harmed, the energy of anger will take over the situations within a second, complete with dangerous actions and harmful words.

That is the reason why meditation has only one main task which is continuously strengthening the energy of mindfulness.  Before being touched by meditation, the mind is similar to a river which is full and overflowing (flooding). Everything is hit, everything is kicked, everything is washed away.

Through the perseverance of constantly witnessing each movement of energy inside, hugging the inner energy using the same smile, someone can learn to swim to the bank of river. In the language of a meditation teacher: "I do not believe in concept, I only believe in the deep practice of mindfulness". In other words, there is no other choice, but to keep witnessing every movement of inner energy. There is the word 'full' inserted after the word 'mind'. It simply means, deeply understand that everything flows in a full, whole and intact way. Similar to the peak of mountain which is always  accompanied by a deep valley beside, similar to a rose complete with it's thorns, the same thing happens to the energy inside. Pleasure will always be followed by pain. Joy will always be followed by sorrow.

The meditation practice is considered to be deep, when someone can mindfully accept both pleasure and pain with the same smile. Welcoming both sorrow and joy as the dancing of the same perfection. In this way, slowly but surely, you can learn to swim to the bank of the river.

The spiritual signs indicating that someone is beginning to swim to the edge of the river are simple; they begin to be at one with every movement of inner energy. They start not to identify themselves with sad or glad, sorrow or joy, pain or pleasure. Everything just flows according to their nature.

On the path of Tantra especially, this path is called "knowing one thing, liberating everything". If you deeply understand this, you liberate yourself from everything. To put it simply, anyone who deeply understand the true nature of the mind will free themsleves from everything.

All spiritual friends who deeply meditate know, whenever there is praise as well as other positive stimuli, the mind will move up. Whenever there is blame and other negative stimuli, the mind will move down. Whenever the stimuli is absent then the mind will be flat full with it's boredom. Whether you meditate or not, that is the nature of the mind. While the ordinary people strongly react to the movements of mind, the deep meditators simply smile in wholeness. It is similar to a person standing on the bank of river. Deep meditators simply witness every flood of life.

Anyone who has grown this far on the path of meditation will know, anger is no longer a dangerous inner energy, anger is only a guarding angel. It is a small movement of inner energy which is telling you the direction not to be followed. Any inner seekers who have arrived at this stage can enjoy the true holiday for the rest of their life. Welcome home beautiful souls.
