The combination between the two can make the soul grow not too far from the state of being balance. A series of soul training which makes the soul grow far away from stress and depression, and at the same time can make the soul much more mature and full of light as well.

However, not too many people who are aware that there is a kind of holiday which is much deeper than just going to a distance places, stay in a beautiful hotel, or enjoy a different daily life  which is far from the boring routines.

In the world of meditation, particularly in advance level, spiritual seekers are constantly reminded to "take a rest". It simply means to take a complete rest from any inner quarreling like dirty-holy, blame-praise, failure-success, poor-rich, bad-good, hell-heaven and wrong-right.

The steps are simple, whenever there is movement of thoughts and feelings which lead to the inner quarreling, let the inner energies simply flow according to their natural law. There is a time when the energies appear, there is time when the energies simply disappear. The task of meditation is simple, do not let yourself to be carried away by those thoughts and emotions like reacting excessively.

All spiritual friends who deeply practice meditation understand, no matter how deep you meditate, there is still movements of energy within. But the deeper one meditate the less they are carried away by the inner energy like negative emotions such as anger.

Initially, the inner energy fight back in the form of strong energy like anger. Once the inner energies are allowed to flow according to their natural law, the inner energies will appear in the form of the feeling of being holy.

In the practice of deep meditation,  this feeling of being holy is allowed to pass, being witnessed without reacting at all. As meditators grow deeper and deeper, the inner energies will appear in the form of a very subtle feeling of attaining enlightenment.

Even this feeling of attaining enlightenment should also be allowed to pass and try not to share it with anyone. It will simply feed the ego. It is similar to nature which allows night and day, come and go, anyone who could attain such perfect state of meditation, they will find the true holiday. In this state, every place, every time and every event are holiday.
