Beautiful Sunrise of Soul

Sleepless and restless, growing from problems into disasters, that is the characteristic of souls who grow from darkness into darkness. In the language of psychology, their unconsciousness is like dark space that has never been touched by the light. As a result, without asking and praying, their life grows from one darkness into another darkness.

Some of them have the most dangerous spiritual accidents like suicide, some have to fight hard against the disease that cannot be healed, not few of them who fall from an abyss of failure to another abyss of failure, some of them are exhausted in the old age because they have to take good care of children who are suffering from mental disorders.

Their life is similar to frangipani flowers which are planted in a wet place, or lotus flowers which are planted in dry land, no matter how hard they try and pray, but in the end, they will suffer in a very touching way. Before your soul grows deeply sad like this, it is worth contemplating the following spiritual ingredients.

In the depth of the deep often heard a message, parents do not only make the physical sides of children, but deliberately or not parents also create the spiritual aspects of their children. Particularly through years of interaction, energy exchanges that happened for years, and very long education through everyday exemplars.

In order to make your soul grow fully and beautifully, it is extremely important to find "the higher synthesis" of your parents. HH Dalai Lama is one of the wonderful examples in this regard. His mother was a woman with a very soft and tender heart. While his father was a strong man who loved horses.

What is referred to here as "the higher synthesis", HH Dalai Lama is very firm and consistent in spreading the message of a soft and tender heart to the world. The cost that has been paid is even very expensive. He lost his beloved country at the age of 15 years, but the winner of this noble peace prize goes forward in sharing the light of a tender and soft heart.

A friend in the spiritual world shared his story, while his mother was a business woman but his father was a spiritual student. The last spiritual friend grows beautifully because he grows and feeds his family by sharing spiritual teachings to so many people. This is also another example of "the higher synthesis".

It will be more beautiful when the last seed of "higher synthesis" is planted in well-fertile land. To make it more concrete, train yourself to grow away from all forms of fear. From physical fears, mental fears to spiritual fears. Especially because fears can make souls get pulled down by the law of gravity. At the same time, learn to surround yourself with the aura of beauty. It is beauty which makes the soul lift up by the law of levitation.

In short, wherever a person grows, with whomever one grows with, always see the beautiful sides of life. The beauty of a man who keeps insulting you, they make you practice humbleness every day. The beauty of neighbors who often praise you, they give you motivational energy.

In ancient times, sometimes there was a spiritual figure like Acharya Shantideva who was said have a certain power to make himself disappear. What actually happened, a spiritual teacher like Shantideva simply vibrate in a level of beauty that is too high for the ordinary people. That's why the ordinary people could not see him. In the same way, black magic also can not touch the soul that is vibrating in the high level of beauty. It is like a worm that tries to touch the clouds.

To make the story short but deep, first of all, try to find "the higher synthesis" of your parents By then train yourself to grow in the areas of beauty. And last but not least, never get too tired to sustain your energy by being grateful, thankful and full of smiles. Whenever the sun of the soul begins to rise beautifully within, by then you will have a deep inner alignment with the present. With this kind of inner alignment, one can say goodbye to difficulty and anxiety.
