The Meaningful Trails (10)

In ancient times, most people were sick as of having eat a wrong food. But in this era, most people get sick as of having a misthought.
In the old days, doctors / psychiatrists / psychologists acted as a healer whom considered as of knowing everything. While patient is considered as a passive object only. Yet, nowadays, without an active involvement of the patient, imagining a healing is such an obscure possibility. Particularly since not only the metabolism of the human body and the environment that changed, but the energy balance of the earth is also rapidly changing. In the current trending language, someone became sick (either physically or mentally) because of experiencing an energy deficiency. The inability to get connected to the energy source is causing someone to snatch the energy of others. Therefore, in the public forums (TV, social media, radio, printed media), nearly everyone wants to dominate one another. Similar situation also happens in the scope of personal conversation. Everyone wants to be heard and cared for. Almost nobody is willing to listen.

The consequences could be seen here and there, people are trying to fulfill the deficit of energy by snatching it from others, which made more and more souls became anxious and restless. At this point, the presence of Louise L. Hay thru her book “You can heal your life” is very helpful. The thesis of this metaphysics expert is simple, if you cannot get connected to the energy source, you simply need to keep your energy from being haphazardly wasted. Once the inner energy is not being recklessly discarded, the body can naturally meet the need of its energy source. Among many other leakages of inner energy, people tend to waste most of their energy by creating a self-punishment. Particularly by calling themselves as “I am an unlucky person”, along with countless negative supporting reasons. By having this kind of perspective, people are undoubtedly producing a disease within themselves on a daily basis.
Resentment, hatred, anger, guilt, criticism, are the most destructive inner forces. In time when a person can heal himself from resentment and hatred in particular – still according to Louise Hay – he can then heal himself even from any chronic cancers. A handful of friends, who were unsuccessfully healed during meditation sessions, supports Hay’s argument on this case. Even after the soul is being showered with many beautiful stories, the hatred never went away. Consequently, few of them even had to die at a young age.
Hay’s formula of healing is simple and profound, yet heals: “When you can love your life as it is, you can be your own healer”.
Back to the beginning topic, being connected with the source of energy is indeed a very difficult task to do for common people. Yet, if you cannot get connected with that energy source, simply do not throw the energy within in vain. Particularly through hatred, anger, and discontentment. In short, to cleanse the self from hatred, anger, and discontentment is not only part of dogmatic religious areas, but is also part of the compassionate areas of healing.
By having a body and soul healed of hatred and anger, one can be self-experiencing that heaven, nirvana, enlightenment, and peace, can apparently be found here, while on earth.
