"At the
beginning it was joy, at the end it will be joy, in the middle there's only
joy", that's the whisper of an old message. Sadly, very few of human
beings bloom in joy. Here and there we can see human faces which have a lack of
smile. Some were even taken to hospitals and psychiatric hospitals.
After listening
to thousands of unhealthy friends in the meditation sessions, there was a
secret revealed that the inner conversations of those painful friends were far
from healthy. The borrowed outer faces are changing, but the inner core is the
same: "I am a victim, and the others are badly wrong". That's the
inner dialogues from day to day.
The last
identity as a victim is then to make a person like waste that invites the
coming of flies. More and more people appear to be hurting. Even a sincere
smile of a good neighbor can be concluded as insulting. Graffiti writing on the
back of the trucks can make the quality of sleep worsen.
Once it was
traced deeper, the crucial root that makes humans carry pain everywhere is the
failure to forgive. Especially forgiving trauma that happened in childhood.
From angry parents, to friends in childhood that produce anxiety.
That is why,
very close friends whose eyes are sensitive and deeply wounded, often give
advice: "Have the courage to express emotions intelligently, do not
repress all inner negative emotions". Let's say you cannot stand with a
very difficult brother. Politely walk away in a friendly way. Without this kind
of courage, the soul can be very dangerous.
Together with
the heroic step of going away, remember to equip yourself with the sincerity to
forgive. Forgiveness certainly does not change the past. But forgiveness
instantly makes a person free from the heavy burden of anger and resentment. At
the same time, it is the best preparation towards the future.
If you want a
healthy body and happy soul, quickly learn to awaken the sparkle inside. To put
it more precisely, learn to remember as often as possible the wonderful events
of the past. Where you were treated so well by life. From a very loving mama,
until the school days which were full of happy experiences.
In times of
boredom, learn to sing beautiful songs that remind you of fond memories of the
past. The songs of kindergarten children are an example. Songs from teenager
times are another example. The spiritual friends who deeply learn the healing
power of sound, they know that singing is healing.
Colors are also
materials in nature that help us to be healed. For friends in the city whose
daily scenery is only a concrete building, a cool green color softly heals.
Those friends who spent almost all their life inside the office, seeing a clear
blue sky is very healing.
Every time you
want to close your eyes at night, always have time to make a list of things
that you deserve to be grateful for. From a healthy body, to surviving
families. At the very least, just talk about things that you deserve to be
grateful for in life before bed. Always keep in the heart, only survivors can
save others.
