Beautiful Flower Inside

"Am I normal?", that's a client's question to a psychologist in the West. This question was very touching. Especially because behind this question is hidden doubts, fears and sadness. Deeper than that, there is self-rejection. A series of rejections that can grow into suffering and illness.

At different levels, all human beings have this type of doubt and fear. It is a long result of people's scolding, insults, humiliation and criticism for decades. To provide a gift of understanding, in developing countries education is something new, the awareness of psychological and spiritual sides of life are also new, even friends in the West who are touched by education much earlier also experience something like this.

In plain language, people are called normal if they are compatible with most of the norms of society. To the extent that society supports the growth of the soul within, a normal title like this is required. Sadly, many members of society are not sensitive enough to understand, that their words and deeds can easily hurt the others souls. As a result, the normal title of another person can be very harmful.

The experience of guiding thousands of friends who are the parents of children with special needs reveals the secret, some members of the community not only do not care about the wounds of the parents of children with special needs, but instead they add new wounds, especially by calling them full of sin, bad karma, and not normal.

It is at this level of understanding that people are invited to rethink what is normal. As seen in nature, every thing in nature has its own function and meaning. In the same way, every aspect of yourself - including what others call abnormal - has its own function, meaning and usefulness.

As long as they are present at the right place and the right time, all are here to beautify life. Cow dung as an example, as long as it is placed under a flower, one day it will bloom into a beautiful flower. The same is true of all the so-called "abnormal" things.

In the deep spiritual world it is often said that deficiencies, imperfection and abnormalities can be the key to opening into the unknown areas of mystery. Of course there is a condition. It will become an important key to open the door of mystery if someone learns to accept imperfection as it is.

The great physicist Stephen Hawkings is a wonderful example. For almost his whole life he grew up in a wheelchair with a limited physical body, but his work is admired by the world. A very beautiful hearted woman named Hellen Keller is another example. Although she can not see, her life shared very honestly that she was very happy.

Knowing that the Dalai Lama had lost his country at the age of 15, walking thousands of miles, living a very simple life in someone's else country, Larry King once asked the Dalai Lama: "Are you happy?". With a gentle smile the last nobel prize winner replied: "No doubt". Hearing such an answer, Larry King asked back what he is meant by happiness. Again with a smiley face he replied: "Eat well, sleep well".

Deeply learning from here, the only thing that is wrong in life is if someone thinks that something is wrong in their life. Repeating the above message, every imperfection has its own function and meaning in this realm. In a simple but deep language, you are completely acceptable as you are. And the first person who should accept yourself as you are is you yourself. This is a very convincing healing seed. At the same time this is a beautiful blooming flower inside.
