Beautiful Angels Named Feelings

In ancient times, people who had too many feelings were often called weak. Some even call it whiny. Conversely, people who can resist and suppress feelings are called strong. Understandably, ancient times. And in this day and age, where the percentage of mentally ill people continues to rise, residents of mental hospitals are rising, the suicide rate is even higher even in super-rich countries, it is worth reflecting on the notion that strong people are those who often suppress feelings. In meditation classes it is often seen, friends who suppress feelings for too long are visited by dangerous diseases such as cancer. Some have even been treated in mental hospitals. Some become drug users. Until often visited by dangerous whispers to commit suicide.

To help ourselves to always be healthy and safe, try to answer the following questions honestly on paper in a very confidential way. In other words, it is only you who will know the answers.
1. Do you have any difficulty staying silent even though it’s only for a few minutes?
2. Do You always feel uncomfortable in solitude?
3. When you are alone, do you often criticize yourself?
4. Is your sleep often disturbed by nightmares?
5. For no apparent reason, you often feel thirsty and constantly drink water?
6. When the conversation with others is uncomfortable, you often want to change the subject?
7. Unconsciously, do you feel happy to hear when other people suffer?
8. Even though you know it is wrong, you like to gossip on other people’s misfortune.
9. There is a feeling of happiness inside when you hear the person who has harmed you actually suffers.
10. Without warning, you like to criticize and blame other people.
11. You are often disturbed by seeing or reading crime news.
12. Bad news often gets into your dreams.
13. You often feel tired.
14. You often feel restless.
15. For no reason, you often get angry.
If you answer yes to at least 5 of the 15 questions above, that is a sign that you suppress feelings often enough. If you answer yes between 6 to 10 of the 15 questions above, it’s a sign that you suppress your feelings too often. If my friends answer yes more than 10 of the 15 questions above, it is a sign of danger that someone is very depressed. Without meaningful improvements, the soul journey can be very dangerous. Before the next journey becomes dangerous, let’s reflect on the beauty of feeling. Then use the feeling not only as a compass, but also as a wonderful savior.
Soul injury as the Bearer of Light
In the lives of dangerous souls, bodily wounds such as sexual abuse in childhood or dispersed parents, continue to follow and dictate important decisions in life. Some women who experience sexual abuse in childhood turn out to be very cold when they meet men. Some men who lose their mothers when they were young more easily fall in love with women who look mature. This is called wound driven life. The life that is completely controlled by soul wound. Then grow from one danger to another.
Luminous souls do the totally opposite things. Not only ordinary people, even the holy soul must suffer from soul wounds as part of the maturation process. Then slowly, the person puts the soul wound not as a source of danger, but as a source of light. Which is taking every possible lesson from the past soul wounds. Then continuously grow using the lesson to become more mature. If you know that having parents who were divorce is painful, then never take the path of divorce. If you know the pain of being hurt, then please do not hurt others. As a result, the grip of the soul wound is getting weaker. At the same time someone finds a beautiful path. This is called a mission driven life. The wound of the soul does not bring harm, instead it makes someone find his/her life mission here on earth.
As a concrete step in everyday life, learn to illuminate yourself with the light of consciousness. To be more precise – the light of mindfulness. Every time a bad memory from the past visits, realize it as part of your whole being. No need to kick it, no need to fight it. On the contrary, whenever you are pleased and happy, express it wisely. While keeping it in mind, when the pendulum of feeling is being pulled to the right too much with an overwhelming sense of pleasure. Just the matter of time, it will return back to the left in the form of sadness that is also excessive. And the path of full awareness is to be fully conscious growing in the middle. Not too sad, not too happy. Initially it will feel uncomfortable but later on your feeling will be more natural.
Become a Friend with the Soul Wound
“What you resist persists,” that is the old expression in psychology. What is opposed inside, will fight back with a greater strength. Therefore, one should never be hostile with the soul wound. Especially, worsen the soul journey by mentioning the wound as sin and hell. On the contrary, learning to be a good friend with your soul injuries. “Unpacking your wound”, said a healer in the West. Your wound is like a sling bag containing a lot of stuff. So heavy, don’t be in too much of a hurry to throw it all away. Some of the contents might be needed later. As an example, the experience of being hurt in childhood, it can be a wonderful provision so that when we become a parent in the future, we will create as few as possible soul wound to our children. Another example, if you were beaten by a childhood friend in the old days, it can be a precious ingredient to make you a kind and delicate person.
For friends who are often tired, weary, anxious, and more over often get angry without apparent reason, try to seek inside your body where does the soul wound reside. If you have frequent headaches, reduce your over thinking and learn to be more flowing. If you experience heart problems, the soul message is that you need to learn to be more compassionate. Moreover, lung or digestive disease has a hidden message that you need to train yourself to be more connected through deep gratitude. Those who have hepatitis, you need to develop a beautiful heart. If the pain is near the sex organs, it is the sign of the soul longs for the experience of unity through yoga, meditation and deep prayer. To those who often have pain with their legs, it is a hidden message that you need to be more careful in taking your path in life. Those who often experience pain in the throat and around the mouth, it is a sign that you need to learn to speak more softly. If you are not sure whether your words are kind, you should learn to wrap your lips with a beautiful smile.
“Division, wholeness, yes-ness”, it’s one of the golden stairs on this path. Almost every wounded soul begins a journey with detached feelings. “I am the victim, the person who hurts me is the enemy”, this is one of the faces that is often spoken by wounded souls in their inner conversation. In order to have a healthy and happy life, learn to shift your inner conversation from detachment to wholeness. The subject is not different from the object, they are no longer two different people, but only one. Both of them are here as a messenger so that souls grow toward maturity. By doing meditation and learning diligently to be a smiling witness, this will be very helpful in the transition from detachment to wholeness. When the wholeness feeling has grown inside, we can be happy and peaceful by saying “yes” to every moment that passed.
At this point, one can smile beautifully at every bad memory that comes from the past. That is a sign that his/her soul wound expired date has come to an end. By then you can easily throw it away now. It is as easy as throwing away rotting fruit and vegetables. As simple as throwing away expired food can. At times like this, one can say goodbye to soul wounds. And at the same time, the person begins to learn to be a bearer of Light. And the best angel that had showed us the way to get there is our own feeling. In summary, feelings are not a sign of a weak soul, but a wonderful compass for beautiful souls.
