Following the threatening earthquakes and other natural disasters recently, complete with the loss of human lives and the increasing fear everywhere, some young generations have raised this question: “Is there really a God?” It is understandable, especially because they are still very young. In the midst of challenging nature, the following story is worth contemplating. After his father, mother and brother died in a relatively short time, a young man in Bali asked fearfully: “Is there really a God?”. Following this type of fear, he was also creating distance from the holy place and the holy book. The end of the story was very touching, awhile later this young man died suddenly of a heart attack.
The material of inspiration then, fear does not only pull down the soul journey, but also gives birth to new and greater fears. As soon as the accumulation of fear inside is more than the capacity of body to absorb it, by then someone can have a very dangerous disaster. The same thing is happening now to many people. Earthquakes and natural disasters that cost human lives, make many people accumulate fear day by day. And before everything becomes more dangerous, let’s rediscover clearly and cleanly God’s beautiful and blessful face.
In the old days, when nature vibrated at a certain level, there was a sacred book that wrote that the face of the angry God, the face of God who bravely showed greatness, the face of God that truly saved. But once nature vibrates at another level, it begins emerging another story like the loss of lives of many Jews because of the Hitler regime. In the midst of frightening fear (because of the threat of death), many Jews called God. Sadly, God as savior who had appeared before, never appeared at that time. From here was born a thinker like Nietsche who announced: “God has died”. Supported by Darwin’s theory of evolution, from here also born atheists who are less friendly with the concept of God.
Every friend whose spiritual eyes are open, even more so can enter the secret realm understand, actually what happens is simple. Nature is vibrating to a higher level. As an evident, in the past human existence was threatened because of lacking something. That’s why the most dangerous killers in old age were hunger, war and disease outbreaks. In this age the story is upside down, most people die because of counsuming too much. Humans who died of excessive eating, mostly sugar, alcohol, drugs were far more than those who died of food shortages and lack of medicine. Consequently, because nature vibrates to a higher level, humans are required to have a much higher understanding of God.
Teaching the verse of the old holy book that reads: “I am an angry God”, will only make people more angry and restless. This is similar to teaching kindergarten lessons to the post graduate students. At this level, nature requires spiritual warriors who can read the vibrational level of nature in the present. Then invite humanity to find the face of God which is suitable to the present challenges. And one of the choices available is to paint the face of God which is full of beauty. From here, someone must ask, why should we want beauty?
Pay attention to the types of diseases that ends most human life in this age. From diabetes, AIDS virus / HIV, drug victims, to obesity. Or the most dangerous social diseases such as suicide, mental illness, infidelity, power struggles, great competition about money, to divorce. Everything tells about the deep longing of the souls of this age for beauty. The outer wrap is different – from sweet sugars, amazing sex, to drugs, but the contents inside are the same. That is a deep longing for beauty.
Another evident, one industry that is very immune to the influence of the crisis is tourism. Another industry that is growing very fast is the cosmetics industry. Later came the social media industry. Everything tells the same longing, it is longing of souls for beauty. Merged into one, nature keeps bringing to the surface another form of God’s face. Namely God as beauty. The challenge then, is how to invite religious organizations, as well as religious leaders to join hands together, presenting the face of God as beauty. It is not easy of course. For some friends who know the complexity of religious organizations, this task is almost impossible.
Starting from yourself
But we can start from ourselves. Whatever your life calls, learn to always be connected with the spirit of beauty. When sitting on the beach, pay attention to the beauty of the waves. In the moment of recreation in the mountains, be thankful for the coolness of the mountains. When immersed in the world of work, look at work as a natural hand to produce a lot of beauty. In the time of praying, always remember to say the most beautiful prayer ‘thank you’. This task can be difficult, it can also be easy. It depends on how clean one’s soul is inside. For friends who are still fighting against this idea, it is advisable to carry out the task of spiritual cleansing such as offering service. The service makes the egg shell of the small self shrink, while bringing someone closer to the greater Self.
For friends who are clean and clear in this case, do beauty meditation 24 hours a day. Whatever the movement of life, from work to prayer, from family to sharing light, continue to take shelter under the tree of beauty. To put it more precisely, always see everything from beautiful sides. The beauty of the the dark past, one becomes full of understanding to the others. The beauty of having money, you can share a lot. The beauty of having debt, someone is being trained to always be humble. The beauty of having no children, you will have honeymoon during all life. The beauty of naughty children, every day you take a course of being patient. The beauty of life grows from the bottom, along the way there are things that are worthy of gratitude.
Quoting an old poem: “Life is like living in a hotel. Every day the guest changes. Sometimes visited by pain, sometimes visited by pleasure. And whoever the guests, never get tired of sharing smiles. Especially because smiles are telling that you are no longer a victim. But you have grown to become a master in life”. This is a concrete form of encountering with God as beauty. With this type of encountering, people may not only be healthy, but also make nature much more friendly. What human beings fear most in front of natural disasters is death. A beauty lover once shared a message like this: “Never cry in front of death. Death is the most beautiful party in the garden of God”.
