Bloom in Your Age

Being the enemy of age, that's one sign of restless and sleepless souls who are in danger. At a young age, they think that the light will be found in old age. As soon as they grow old, they begin to regretfully realize that there was a lot of opportunities at a young age that should be used. The end result is predictable, they are restless in young age, they are sleepless in old age.

After digging deeper in the meditation sessions, many of unpeaceful friends who reveal their secret, it turns out almost all the souls who are in danger have unhealthy habits. In short, deep inside they often talk to themselves like this: "I do not want to be here and now". That's why it's easy to understand that a Harvard researcher concluded that more than 50% of the time, modern people run into the past and the future. In other words, they are rarely living in the present.

In fact, the most beautiful medicine as well as the most beautiful gift of life is only available in the present. Sex as an example, it is beautiful because it makes a person well-connected to the present. Entertainment as another example is also similar, it gives the soul nutrition because it makes someone well-connected to the moment. Peaceful and smileful meditation are also the same. It helps people to be a good friend of the present moment.

The spiritual homework then, let's train ourselves to be the good friend of our age. Especially because in every age there is an opportunity for the soul to bloom. Childhood is beautiful because it is full of songs and games. Teen years radiate with laughter and jokes. Adult age contains many flowers because life begins to be surrounded by lovely family. And one who blooms in childhood, blooms in adult age, there is likely to be a source of light in old age.

In other words, as long as someone is clear and clean inside, at every age there is the possibility of the soul blooming beautifully. In a beautiful poetic language, the rainy season is the time for the grass to grow green luminously. The dry season is the time for the flowers to bloom beautifully. The spiritual question then, how to make people clear and clean inside?

Spiritual friends who meditate deeply understand, once a person stops identifying themselves with the thinker, the inner pool inside begins to be clear and clean. There is a much deeper intelligence beginning to emerge in one's life. In the language of a friend, the mind complete with its true-false, wrong-right, dark-light dichotomy is only a tiny aspect of all intelligence.

Depending on the small things in life is very easy to make life small as well. For that reason, allocate more time to take a distance from a hard mind that keeps defending the right, and keeps being hostile to the wrong. Attaching to the good, hating the bad. Whenever there is energy from within that defends what is right, being angry to the wrong, quickly realize that it is the result of mind trick. It is neither reality nor truth.

For everyday practical guidelines, it is worth pondering the following three simple but deep tips. First, learn to be at ease when you do not know. There is no person who knows everything. There are always some parts of life which are unknown. Second, train yourself to say "yes" to the present moment. This method is not only calming, but also makes one grow deeply. Thirdly, as sex and entertainment which are easy to help a person be well-connected with now, a smile can also perform a similar task. For that reason, never tired to smile.

As one practices to take distance with a hard mind, complete with separating walls, there are beautiful seeds beginning to grow inside. At first someone will be more forgiving to themselves. Then they grow to be more forgiving to others. Initially someone will be able to accept themselves. Then they grow to accept others.

Once these beautiful seeds grow into soothing trees that are calming both inside and outside, by then one can understand the old message: "Bloom in your age". Your soul can bloom in your current age. To put it more precisely, along the way the soul can bloom. Borrowing an old poem: "When I seek God, I meet myself. When I seek myself, I meet God". This is the soul that blooms beautifully. With this kind of soul, a person is transforming the human body as the most luminous body in this nature.
