The Curve That Cure

In a flight to Bali, a tourist who has visited Bali many times was asked the reason why he likes to visit the island of Bali. Spontaneously this gentleman replied: "the most touching thing about Bali is the smile of the people".

In other words, smile is not a simple issue. Smile means much deeper than curving lips. Any heart who often smile understand, initially smile was just a greeting to the people to show that we are friends.

As one grow deeper, smile turns itself into a light of self acceptance. Especially because smile is a form of beautiful hug to the soul within. When you deeply smile, you deeply embrace the soul within.

Every spiritual friends who grow deep on the path of meditation, used to smile at each blessing of present moment - whether it is pleasant or unpleasant - one day he/she will understand, smile is a beautiful flower that we share with the world.

Song of Healing

The story of a teenager who jump from the third floor of a school until he died simply because of having problem with his girl friend, has become head line news in Bali in the mid of August 2015. The spiritual message is simple, when the unstable mind meet the unstable environment, by then dangerous spiritual accident like suicide can happen.

The unstable environment is not an object to criticize this or that, but rather an invitation to emit the light and to deepen the prayers. If such spiritual accident could happen in the island of Bali which is admired by the world, it simply unimaginable what is actually happen in some corner of the world which is very dark.

Once again, this is the right time for the luminous souls to share the light to the world. And among so many alternatives that available, kind deeds are wonderful way to emit light. If you can not feed the poor, why don't you water the plants. If you can not help a lot of people, why don't you feed the street cats.

River of Peace

"Why do you put much emphasis on flowing both in life and meditation?". That's the question of many spiritual friends in meditation sessions. Learning from many meditation students who are painfully sick, all diseases and pain are characterized by the inner energy which fail to flow.

Protest, dissatisfaction, complain, anger, revenge, never feel enough are few examples of inner energy which fail to flow. Similar to the water that fail to flow, as a matter of time it will stink. The stench then become the seed of various diseases.

Let's see deeper what people usually referred as self. Everything flow. Physical body flow from the moment of birth, adulthood, old age, death. Human mind also flow. What is called right at certain time can be wrong in another time. Human feelings are similar. Sad, happy, sorrow, joy are all flow like water in the river.

The Healing Power of Gratitude

"When is enough enough ?", that is the classic question of humanity which is raised from a very old age. This question is asked from one generation to another generation without any final answer. The spiritual message is simple, the balance point where people feel enough is different from one generation to another.

Having met a lot of spiritual friends whose body and soul are deeply painful in meditation sessions, it is clear that all of them are very exhausted. Not only their physical body who are tired, their mind and their soul are even worse.

There are many reasons behind these exhausted souls. And one of the important reason is a deep feeling that something is lacking in life. Not only material life which make their life full of dissatisfaction, spouse, children, neighbors and even government and society also make them feel deeply dissatisfied.
